Adam Shoalts, one of Canada's foremost explorers, tells the stories behind these centuries old maps. Combining storytelling, cartography, geography, archaeology and of course history. Adam Shoalts embarked on a 4,000 km solo journey across Canada's arctic, which he wrote about in his book Alone Against the North. He's an historian, archaeologist, and geographer.
