The book features drawings by Jia-Han Chuang which shows clearly the chacteristics of clothing, hand gestures, eye movements of the characters. The drawings also feature local fruit trees, flowers, animal and shells.

Chinese characters only. There is no English translation.

This is a story about the founder, Princess Dan-Ya, of the Li tribe on Hainan Princess Dan-Ya laid out all sorts of rules and systems for the Li tribe, and led them through great hardship. The Li people have ever after been one of the major tribes settled on Hainan Island.
