Summary:
"Bulletproof? You Be the Judge" cites historical documentation to indicate that the controversial series The
Valour
and The
Horror
is flawed. It was first aired by the CBC in 1992. Cliff Chadderton, War Amps CEO and Chairman of the National Council of Veteran Associations, was one of the first to call for a review of the series, stating that the segments dealing with Bomber Command and the Battle of Normandy are inaccurate and misleading portrayals of the part played by the Canadians in two of the major campaigns in the Second World War – the bomber offensive against Germany and the military victory in Normandy.
