, which was formed in Leyton, East London, in 1975 by bassist and primary songwriter Steve Harris. Bruce Dickinson joined the

in 1981, replacing Paul Di'Anno, and debuted on their 1982 album The Number of the Beast. Dickinson quit

in 1993 (being replaced by Blaze Bayley). Bruce Dickinson traces his experiences outside of the entertainment industry while sharing insight into his solo work, his turbulent childhood, his battle with cancer, and his views on
