Summary:
A cameraman is sent to a small village in
Nunavik
. His job is to shoot archival footage on behalf of the Liberal Government. Befriending an
Inuit
family, he learns about their traditions in relation to the wealth of the territory. At the same time, he learns that the village and its inhabitants will soon have to be deported because of mining operations. Faced with telephone conversations with his employer and his ex-girlfriend, the cameraman will question his own ideals and the true purpose of his coming to these lands.
