Bruce Templeton is an investment advisor, a Rotarian, a past chair of the St. John's Board of Trade and former regional manager for the Bowring retail chain. For the past thirty-eight years he has made approximately fifty Santa visits a season, often in circumstances where Santa's presence, as Bruce puts it, can make the "not so normal" seem "normal" again, for at least a little while. He is the author of The Man with the White Beard and The Man in the Red Suit: A Memoir. He lives in Outer Cove, Newfoundland.
