    Summary:
This book begins with the story of a person known to the writer: Alfred Elisha Corey, and his wife Eloma Lucretia Kierstead. It traces their many descendents and tells their stories. About the year 1874 Alfred and Lucretia Corey with five children: Mina, Alma, Charles, Judson and Ida, arrived in Knowlesville, Carleton County, New Brunswick, a community then only in its second decade of settlement. With hard work and simple joys the Corey Homestead was established. It was to remain the home of the Coreys for almost half a century. Author Judson Corey is the grandson of Alfred and Lucretia Corey.
