    Summary:
"Celest Pereira loves anatomy, neuroscience and biomechanics. She aquired her BSc in physiotherapy in 2009 despite dropping our of school at sixteen. She found learning at school tough, but now credits her abilitiy to make complex concepts easty to grasp to her learning struggles. She runs regular education-based workshops where she takes scientific research and anecdotal evidence from senior healthcare providers and applies them to movement disciplines. She's currently studying neuroscience and how it can be applied to improve health and performance. Adell Bridges spent her childhood training and competing as a gymnast, but even then she described her abilities as "bendy rather than strong." At nineteen, she moved to the UK where she studied psychology and later received a master's degree in creative writing. Like many graduates, she spent several years bouncing from job to job and feeling uncertain of her purpose. When she discovered yoga at twenty-eight, everything changed. Adell went on to teach yoga while continuing her studies in anatomy, psychology and neurology. She believes that by encouraging each individual to understand their own unique experience of moving, breathing, and living in general, the student becomes their own teacher. Celest and Adell's book 'Too Flexible to Feel Good' redefine how to manage hypermobility, providing practical guidance to help you embrace your bendiness and feel fantastic."
