Harbour is blessed with a sunny disposition and cursed with a troublesome younger brother, Wilbur. After another botched suicide attempt by Wilbur, Harbour moves in with his brother to keep an eye on him. Harbour then hopes to find Wilbur a girlfriend but the one prime candidate he finds, Harbour himself falls in love with first.
