    Summary:
From the Canadian sportscaster and author of the memor Anchorboy comes another rollicking collection of embarrassing stories that'll make you laugh, cry, and feel just a little bit uncomfortable. Pull up a chair, open a bag of ketchup chips, and join Jay as he reminisces about the time he explored the squalid world of medical marijuana; made a mess of himself on the road to Pittsburgh; got upstaged on live TV by comedian Martin Short and shared a drink with Jay-Z and was then asked to leave. Jay Onrait is a Canadian television personality, sports anchor, and most importantly your friend. Born in Calgary, Jay and his family eventually moved to Athabasca, where he was raised in the aisles of the family drug store. Following a two-year stint at the University of Alberta, a period he refers to as his "Lost Years," Jay applied to and was surprisingly accepted at Ryerson University in Toronto, where he enrolled in the Radio and Television Arts Program. In 2003 he landed a job hosting TSN's SportsCentre alongside Dan O’Toole. Jay Onrait is the co-creator of the Jay & Dan Podcast. He now lives in Los Angeles.
