Millie and Daisy are bonded dogs who were separated from their first family during Hurrican Katrina. The two have been living at Danny and Ron's Rescue ever since, and Daisy still feels anxious during storms. A big adoption event is coming up for the rescue, and when their photo is taken for a flyer, Millie and Daisy realize they'll be attending the event! Millie couldn't be more thrilled to find a new family. But what if she and Daisy aren't chosen by the same people? So Millie comes up with a plan to make them look like the most adoptable pair at the event. Daisy, on the other hand, isn't so sure she wants to be adopted. She feels safe and happy at the rescue, and she worries that what's best for Millie might not be what's best for her. As the big day approaches, will Millie and Daisy be able to find a home together? Or will finding the right forever home mean saying goodbye to each other?
