    Summary:
Hey Japanese is a dark erotic comedy that takes us on a wild ride through the Tokyo nightlife, as a group of small town suburbanites, fifty-eight of them to be exact, take to the night in search of excitement. From teenagers to retirees, their pursuit and dare range wildly. What they are willing to do for a thrill will keep you entertained and surprised and possibly shocked, till the very last minute. While they are all different, innocent or experienced, each with their own definition of thrill, their basic pursuit is the most common of all human desires, that of being loved and appreciated by another human being. But in a very distinct Japanese tradition, the film presents a pursuit more determined, colourful, shocking and surprising than anyone could guess and the outcomes are as different as the people are different, as we ride through the night hoping to be standing at sunrise.
