    Summary:
"The Princess Louise Fusiliers celebrated their 150th anniversary in 2019 as one of the oldest militia regiments in Canada. This book covers their long and deep history, from the early beginnings of the Halifax Companies of Independent Militia in 1749 to later being named the 66th Halifax Volunteer Battalion of Infantry in 1869, and then in 1879 as the 66th Battalion “The Princess Louise Fusiliers." With eighteen Battle Honours granted to them, The Princess Louise Fusiliers served in Canada’s first foreign war, two world wars, and later in subsequent peace-keeping missions and support services during local emergencies. They now serve as a unit of the 36 Brigade Group, 5th Canadian Division."--Publisher.
